St. Vincent’s Resourcing has an exciting opportunity to join a Credit Services organisation with an aggressive growth plan for the UK market in 2020.
Due to the continued success and growth of their UK operations and the onboarding of new and exciting clients, they are looking to add an IT Help desk Analyst to join their Glasgow based office.
Responsibilities:
- Support external departments and clients by operating the IT Support Desk, processing all queries received.
- Provide first level IT support, attempting first time fixes to reduce second level IT support escalation
- Undertake support, request/fault and project work as required within the normal working day.
- Provide administrative support to the IT Department, including IT procurement and licence management.
- Handle security administration duties with integrity, adhering to their information security policies and procedures as well as industry best practice guidelines.
- Ensure service desk standard operating procedures are updated accurately.
- Carry out any reasonable instructions as directed by your Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with a Microsoft (Office, Exchange, Active Directory) environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask; work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise, and build relationships with, internal customers and external clients and suppliers.
